Hold the strip on the outsides, stretch it slightly and wrap it around the clients neck securely. (For the best adhesion - please note that the glue areas must also be stretched.) Press both glued areas together. Make sure it fits securely around the neck to keep the hair from getting underneath. The neck strip is then folded over the cape.
