Barbicide Plus meets or exceeds state board requirements for all metal instruments and chemically resistant plastics when a Tuberculocidal Hospital disinfectant is required. Barbicide Plus kills HIV-1 on pre-cleaned environmental surfaces/objects previously soiled with blood/body fluids in health care settings. Works excellent in other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids.

Thoroughly clean and rinse instruments before immersion in disinfection solution. Immerse instruments completely for 10 minutes at room temperature. After immersion, remove instruments and rinse them thoroughly. Fresh solution should be prepared daily or more often if solution becomes visibly dirty.
