- No membership fee discounts are available online. If you qualify for a discounted card for seniors (age 55+) or a free card for military, you will need to visit a Sally Beauty Supply store and request your membership fee discount.

you must be logged into your online account that contains your current Beauty Club Card number. If you have lost your card, please visit the Beauty Club section to request replacement card information.
