1) Trim, File & Smooth...

Use a good quality stainless steel toenail clipper to cut nails straight across. Use a cushion file to shape and the free edge, then buff nails smooth with a fine grit finishing block.

2) Soak, Soothe & Sanitize...

Relax and revitalize your feet with a foaming foot soak inflused with refreshing botanicals. Five minutes will do it, but 10 will feel even better!

3) Push, Smooth & Exfoliate...

After soaking, gently push back cuticles with a cuticle pusher and scrub nails with a manicure brush. Smooth softened calluses with a foot file, then exfoliate legs and feet with a sloughing lotion.

4) Moisturize & Massage...

Dry feet and apply a foot and leg lotion and/or a heel treatment to soften, soothe, and relieve irritation.

5) Prep & Polish...

To make polishing and drying easier, keep your digits in line try reusable spa slippers with toe separators. Before polishing, remove any traces of lotion from nails with a cotton swab soaked in nail polish remover. Prep nails with base coat for better polish adhesion and smoother, longer-lasting results. Next, apply two coats of nail color. Then seal the deal with a topcoat. Select one with UV protection to prevent yellowing or discoloration due to sun exposure.
