Do not apply to chapped, irritated or sunburned skin.
Before applying Surgi-Cream depilatory, do a patch test to determine whether you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Follow directions given below but limit the application of Surgi-Cream depilatory to a one-inch square area on the lower part of your ankle. Leave on for 8 minutes. Remove with damp tissue or cotton. Rinse completely with lukewarm water. If redness or irritation develops in 24 hours, discontinue application. Apply Cream Remover to fingertips, and smooth cream over unwanted hair. Completely cover desired area with a layer about 1/16 inch thick. Do not rub in. Check a small area after 3 minutes. If hair does not remove easily, wait 2 minutes then check again. Do not leave on longer than 8 minutes. Remove the remaining cream with moist tissue or cotton. Rinse completely with lukewarm water. Pat dry. Apply finishing balm over entire area. Skin will have a soft, smooth feel.
