Most states have very strict requirements on sanitation of Foot Spa equipment. This card gives a well kept chart of when cleansing took place, by whom, and the last customer. All of the cleaning information is recorded and adds to the secure feeling a customer might have about the equipment. Each work station needs one of these forms, which records up to 16 uses.
