Before you go into the pool or sun, wet your hair and work in some GVP Conditioning Balm. The conditioner will help to keep the pool chemicals from absorbing into your hair. If you can, rinse your hair in plain water after getting out of the pool, so that pool water do not dry into your hair.
After shampooing, massage into wet hair. Leave in 1-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For intense conditioning, leave conditioning balm in hair 1-3 minutes.
