Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 400 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by I have been using this product for over 14 years. Color stays true. Covers the grays fairly well. Hair feels thick and smooth without being brittle. September 17, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by I color my hair and the dye didn't take I probably try this again September 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thanks so much L'Oreal. I had a permanent put in my hair about a year ago and it ruined my hair. I had to get most of it cut off and used all kinds of conditioning treatments and it still was very dry, brittle, unmanageable. It wouldn't curl anymore. This hair color is better than any salon color or treatment. It repaired my hair and made it look like young hair again. The color was perfect for me too. I will try more of your products. Thanks again! August 28, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this color!! It is the closest to my natural shade that I have found. I really like Excellence creme's system because it has a pre-treatment that conditions your ends before you color. The color application is easy & less messy and the after color conditioner makes my hair so silky feeling. They give you a tube of the conditioner so you have a few uses out of it to do weekly treatments. The red penny is a lighter shade than light auburn, a natural looking light redhead shade. not fake a brassy red. Every couple of months I use the light auburn shade to keep my color from being too light looking. I also like the light auburn in the fall and winter months. As for grey coverage, it does a decent job, BUT redheads don't go grey, we go white and the white hair is harder to dye. Still this is the best product I've found so far. August 26, 2015
