For severely damaged hair, cover with warm, damp towel or plastic cap for 3 minutes
Heat bottle in hot tap water for 2-3 minutes. Work thoroughly into shampooed, towel-dried hair and leave on 1 minute or longer if hair is damaged. Rinse thoroughly.
