Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by 1/2" brush rollers I have used this product for yrs. and have really liked them until I ordered them recently. They came in all different sizes from slim to fat. Its like they had been used prior to them being sold again. Not happy at all. September 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Roller I have been curling my hair off and on for years and always liked the ease of using brush rollers. No end papers needed, stay in over night, okay to sleep in, curls last days. November 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I have been setting my hair for years and have tried many different types of rollers but always return to my brush rollers. I remember when my mother first set my hair in them in the sixties I hated it but loved the curl it gave me. Being creature of habit like mother like daughter and I have done the same with my daughter. The curl last longer than any heated curling tool I have used. September 11, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by DONT BUY! They were extremely itchy on my head so I had to take them out before my hair was fully dried and curled. Also the "brush" insert got tangled and I had to rip them out of my hair. Poor product. Waste of money. I pulled out the brush part and I'm finishing my hair with the shell of them. Might be all that it's good for. May 18, 2011

A:
The rollers are hard in that they are made to keep their shape. Not like foam rollers. They have a brush thing inside that many now days can not handle. I used to sleep on these rollers every night as did all my girl friends for that was before flat irons and curling irons.
You can take out the brush inside if that bothers you. But save them in case you decide to use them again.
I hate the foam cuahion rollers as they squish and do not make a good curl.

Brushes are rather hard but they work/hold beautifully.

They really are the best out there.
