Studex Piercing Care Solution is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for piercings! This solution should NEVER be used on any puncture wound (which is exactly what a piercing is). The only thing to use when cleaning a piercing is saline solution. Your body is made up of water, salt water to be exact which is what saline is. To make saline mix 1/4 teaspoon witb 1 cup distilled water(get it at the grocery store, .99 cents for a gallon!). Soak your piercing in saline solution 10 minutes twice a day. DO not move jewelry. You shouldn't need to twist or move a piercing in any way. Saline is way more natural and way less expensive!

Can it be used for lip piercings

a monroe piercing for example?
Asked by: Anonymous
No I don't think so. I had my labret and tongue pierced twice and I have always been told to use Glyoxide. It's in your dental/toothbrush isle in the stores. A little blue and white box. Hope that helps! :)
