Manufacturer's Warranties

You can return products to Sally Beauty Supply Store locations up to 60 days from the date of product delivery. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty information. View manufacturer contact information.

Note: Even if a warranty accompanying a specific product states it begins on date of purchase, we will honor the warranty from date of delivery.

First 60 Days:

Covered under the Sally Store Return Policy. If your return relates to a warranty, all timelines expressed in the Return Policy are from date of delivery.

Day 61 - 1st Year:

Covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty – see Defective Appliance Return Instructions

Day 366 - 2nd Year:

Covered under the Sally Extended Protection Plan – Learn more

Any that can be plugged in, runs on batteries or is mechanical, including:

  • Styling Appliances
  • Clippers and Trimmers
  • Paraffin Spas
  • Wax Warmers
  • Lighted Mirrors
  • Electric Shavers
  • Epilators/Electrolysis

How to Purchase an Extended Warranty

The Extended Protection Plan can be purchased at Sally Beauty Supply store locations and sallybeauty.com along with the covered item. Select the purchase price of the item you wish to protect, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Claiming Extended Warranty Benefits

After the manufacturer's original warranty has expired, you may claim your extended warranty benefits if your product stops working. To process your claim, you must have your receipt.
