What are blackheads?

Blackheads (open comedones), like whiteheads (closed comedones), are a mixture of dead skin cells, oil and bacteria in a hair follicle. A blackhead occurs when this mixture darkens due to oxygen exposure. Nose peels are perfect for unclogging, cleaning and tightening pores.
