MIRACLE PRODUCT!! Oh my, I can not even contain my excitement about this product! I am an acrylic fiend! I love to have acrylic nails, but they do some serious damage to my natural nails. They'll get nice and long and once the acrylics are off, they start splitting about a month later. Every time. And I would be forced to trim them down to the split. Well, this time I was determined to keep from having to cut my nails too short. I tried everything to repair the splits and nothing worked. Then I found these silk wraps. I wasn't expecting much since every other method I tried failed. So, I tested it on my thumb nail along with nail resin (instead of plain nail glue). Oh boy, was I surprised! Not only did this repair the split, but my nail is ROCK HARD! I'm never going back to acrylics, because I've fallen in love with gel manicures. But this is my new "go-to" for repairing split nails! Easiest nail repair ever! I purchased these wraps because I had a broken nail that I really wanted to save. The adhesive made it very easy to apply and the nail was so smooth and seamless after application that I decided to apply them to all my nails just for extra protection. I haven't had a break or tear since and my nails are just as thin as they are naturally and 10 times stronger. May 30, 2012
Excellent Silk Wrap I used this to prevent a tear from becoming a full on break, it's not too hard to apply and I am glad Sally's had it in stock. I would definitely repurchase and would recommend. April 25, 2011
large, but effective These are great for wraps. Way easier than acrylic to get strong nails. The wrap makes the resin not sharp at the tips of your fingernails and also makes the resin much harder to crack if you bang your nail against anything or open a car door. Only 2 things wrong with these: you will need scissors for the width because they are enormous, and sometimes I can see the "dot" pattern of the adhesive even after I've applied the resin or glue over the wrap. Other than those 2 little annoyances, these work well and are a great value. August 31, 2009
