Great base coat I love this stuff. It's quick drying and makes my polish last longer. Usually I'll get chips after 2-3 days, even with a top coat, but when I started wearing this my polish lasts me 5-7 days before it chips! It's awesome. Only downside is that i haven't experience any "nourishing" benefits from using this. My nails still get discolored from bolder colored polishes and are on the weaker side. I bought this to alleviate those problems, but so far it hasn't. To be fair, I am guilty of painting my nails a lot so I'm sure if I just wore this alone maybe things would improve. March 16, 2014
Decent But Not The Best I have thin weak peeling nails in the winter and after using the original nail magic, I decided to give this a try as an alternate. While this worked decently for my thinning, as a base coat it was a nightmare. About 24 hrs after a mani tip ware was visible and about 48 hrs later the polish would left completely leaving a clean nail like I never polished them no matter what the brand of polish. Good thing this is exchangeable and a perfect example of stick to what you are use to! March 27, 2013
Best stuff I wanted a "grip-ey" base coat but also needed something to "shore up" my weak nails. A nail polish addict friend of mine recommended this and I went and got it. I am on my 5th bottle and even sent a bottle to my Nana my has dry brittle nails. It works amazing. Also my husband works as a glass glazer and I used it on his nails to keep them from splitting My only complaint is that it can get thick, however my friend told me to make sure I wiped out the cap and rim with acetone and use thinner toward the end of the bottle and it works just great. Highly recommend. January 26, 2012
