Curlformers—a new way to wave!

Curlformers are a new type of hair tool that curl hair inside the spiral-shaped curler instead of the outside of a roller—yet, they can be applied in one-third of the time it takes to apply rollers. Available in a variety of sizes, Curlformers’ spiral shape does the work for you. To use Curlformers, first prep each section of damp hair with a styling product, such as gel mist, then comb through hair. Next, push the accompanying hook through the Curlformer, then simply place a section of hair in the hook and pull it through the Curlformer. That’s it—no rolling required! It’s easy to get the hang of of it. When curls are dry, remove the Curlformers and finger-style for a tousled look. For more hold, use a finishing spray. Visit www.curlformers.com for instructional movies, tips and styles.

Jilbere Ceramic 20 Roller Setter

To give straight hair soft waves in a hurry, use a ceramic hair setter. Ceramic-injected rollers provide maximum, even heat transfer to create long-lasting curls quickly. Prep sections of dry hair with shaping spray for hold without stiffness. Use medium and large-size rollers to create soft waves. Always allow heated rollers to cool completely before removing them—they should be ready by the time you’ve done your makeup and slipped on your dress. Then run your fingers through your curls to break them up a bit, apply a final spritz, and you’re good to go! If you prefer to use a curling iron, prep hair with a heat protectant and wrap sections of hair around a large-barrel curling iron, holding the ends with your fingers.

Jilbere Nano Silver Curling Iron

To turn frizzy waves into smooth curls in no time, prep each section of hair with a heat protection spray before using a large-barrel, ceramic curling iron. Choose an iron that is one inch to an inch-and-a half in diameter. Instead of clamping the ends into the iron and rolling the iron up horizontally, position the iron more vertically and wrap each section of hair around the curling iron, starting at about ear height and holding the ends with your fingers. Wait a couple of seconds and release. This technique will give you soft waves in less time without any clamp crease. Do not touch your waves until they are cool. To save time, concentrate on the waves around your face. To give hair more volume, apply a little root lift. To tone down volume, apply a little shine spray.

Jilbere Professional Nano Silver Ionic Dryer and Jilbere Ceramic Tools Round Brush

To transform tight curls into loose waves, start in the shower. Use a straightening shampoo and conditioner to help relax curls and leave hair frizz-free and shiny. Apply a 50/50 mix of styling gel and leave-in conditioner to towel-dried hair. Then pull hair back, twist it into a high bun and leave it in all day to give it plenty of time to dry. When you release your hair —voila—soft, loose waves. For faster results, blow-dry your hair using a round brush to smooth out your curls. When it’s nearly dry, create soft waves by rolling large sections around the brush as you finish drying. Use the dryer’s cool setting before unrolling the brush (never pull!). Apply a little lusterizing cream or glossing serum, if needed, for extra shine, and gently comb through your waves with your fingers.
