Poor Quality My stylist uses/recommended the Pink Titanium but at the time, the store didn't have them. So I decided on the black pearl (because it's the newest technology). First few months, I only used it once a week. Then, I began using it everyday and one morning, after pulling it through my bangs, I saw black specks. Upon inspection, I realized the coating was coming off the barrel and the underside of the clip. The store warranty had expired (60 days and I had purchased it 100 days ago). The freight to return to the factory was over 1/3 the cost. So instead, I thought I'd give it another try and bought another exact same model. Big mistake. One week later, the coating was peeling off. I returned that to the store for a refund, at which time, the clerk said they had had several returns of this product for the same issue. I paid the freight for the original and sent it to the factory. I included a letter stating my problems and disappointment. After 3 weeks, I haven't had a response. May 15, 2014
