Professional Ceramic Series Flat Iron is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not What I Thought. I bought this when it was on sale, It looked nice and the description on the box looked promising. Unfortunately it pulls out my hairs all the time because they get stuck in the sides :/ which really hurts. It heats up a ton, but it can end up heating up the whole room you are in pretty quick, so in summer time it is not that great makes me sweat just trying to straighten my hair, I guess that would be a pro for winter? :p For the price I paid I could have gotten a way nicer one, Would not recommend to anyone. .

What part are the extra springs included for? And where would I find them in the packaging?

I bought one of these years ago and love it beyond reason! My power switch has went out! The on/off switch! I'm hoping that the springs are there and this is what they're for! Thank you for your time!

Hello and thank you for your question. The springs are to replace the spring under the clamp that holds the hair. Helen of Troy customer service could probably help with the broken on/off switch depending on how long you've had the iron.
