Rated 4 out of 5 by Zack Has its flaws
It is a pretty good product. One of the problems with it is the top. Its an awkward rectangular shape when its put on so I have to push the top down when I'm using it. I wish it was better shaped to actually fit the head. Another is the top portion doesn't heat up as high as the sides and back. It still heats up pretty well and quickly. Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase. I have several hair masks that can be used with heat so I figured I'd take advantage. It definitely does what its supposed to do.

I was really surprised to see all the relatively low reviews for this product, so I felt I had to throw my two cents in. I've been using this cap for about 6 months now for my deep treatments and it's fantastic! It heats up and cools down relatively quickly for electric heat elements. It's easy to clean if a little bit of conditioner happens to leak out of the shower cap. I love that there's 3 heat settings even though I only ever use low or medium. It's a fair price as well, especially when you get it during one of the storewide sales they have from time to time. I've never had any problems with it so far and I'd definitely buy again and recommend to my friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by mrskm Pretty good!
I'm a little surprised by some of the reviews that weren't so positive about this product. It's my favorite heated conditioning cap that I've found so far. It provides all over coverage (some reviewers found it to be too big, well it is meant to be big so that it works!), and the heat is pretty even and consistent.

The product did what it said, however, it was too big. The front covered half of my face! It got hot enough and the controls were good. I did notice that the heat would come on & then turn off...come back on & then turn off. I guess once it reached a certain temperature, it would turn off...? I prefer constant heat.
