Conair Pro Universal Tourmaline Finger Diffuser
falls off, breaks when it hits the ground!
I've had 2 of these, the first one broke and would no longer stay on the dryer. I couldn't fix it. At the time, it was the ONLY universal diffuser available at my local Sally's, so I got another one, which also has broken. I was able to rig it, but I have no idea how long that will last.
I will not buy this again. It gets HOT, even using "low" heat. The plastic housing then expands and the whole thing comes off of the dryer.
The mechanism that holds it onto the dryer is somewhat fragile; with both diffusers I've had, when I drop them (inevitable), one of the little "teeth" inside has broken. I realized that around the little teeth, there is a RUBBER BAND with nubbins that stick through the plastic teeth. If the teeth break, the rubber band comes loose, then the diffuser won't stick on the dryer.
Save your money - get the silicone one made by Ion.

I have curly, thick, shoulder length hair that I usually avoid wearing natural because it shrinks and frizzes up so badly! My hair also takes forever to dry. I read the reviews but still decided to buy. I love this diffuser! Where has it been all my life? It fit perfectly with my Gold Hot hand dryer (which I’ve had for yearss). My styling time took about 30 mins instead of the usual 5! My curls came out frizz free and super defined! Very happy!

Works for me.
I've had this diffuser for a couple of years and it still works great. I have a Hot Shot Tools Ionic hairdryer, and this fits fine on the end of it. Rarely it will fall off if I haven't pushed it on all the way, but I've never had it blow off. The trick to using it is you have to have the heat and the airflow on low. If you have a dryer that blows a hurricane, it will come off.

The fingers are too long around the rim. They are so uncomfortable on my small head. Also does not fit very well on my revlon dryer. I returned it.
