Gel Polish is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 45.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible gel polish Horrible polish. Peels off like a sticker. I would not recommend this just to save a couple dollars. I wish there was a way to contact them to get my money back because it is absolutely useless

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Have tried a few gel polish and this is by far the best. Color is brilliant, goes on smooth not to thick and no clumping.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a "true" gel polish I bought this for Christmas (Red and sparkly). I thought that I could give it to my manicurist for applying, using her UV lamp to dry. I was surprised to find out that, despite it's name, it is not a gel polish per se. The color is a beautiful red with a pretty sparkle but wore off the tips within a few days. I don't understand why this product can be called a gel polish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super cool color- Mixed Media love this color. it looks purple with a blue shimmer (hard to describe). Nevertheless, the online swatch is a poor representation of the color. looks completely different online and not reflective of actual color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Shiny!!! Very professional I have been getting professional gel manis for years before I bought my own lamp. I have purchased several brands of gel polish, including Gelish, Finger paints and Shellac. They all last about two weeks for me. This brand is my favorite to work with though, very good consistency, and the shiniest! I ALWAYS get compliments when I wear this brand - on all 5 colors I have. I think those who said it fell off may have been from application error. I LOVE this polish!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Brand! Love this brand! Does the reviewer complaining about polish not drying aware this is gel polish that requires LED lamp? I've tried no-light gel polish but end result wasn't nice. But the Fingerpaint gel polish with the LED provides a very professionally-looking manicure! Love their color options too!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shimmer Impressionist Pink is a shimmer nail polish, but no where online is this mentioned. There's nothing wrong with the polish, but I didn't want shimmer, so it's a waste of $10 plus shipping. Now I want to buy another light pink polish, but I'm not sure if I'll happen to pick another shimmer.

What color finger paints gel is a true red?

Asked by: Katemmal
I have two reddish colors.  Alert the Avante Guard which is bright and has more of an orange tone than in the picture, and A Passionate Scheme which is the same tone as the picture but is lighter. I would consider it a bell pepper red.

Do you absolutely have to dry with a light?

Asked by: purrfectquilts
Yes, you will need a light to cure the polish, this process will keep your polish from chipping. For best results, I recommend first applying the bonder to your nail tips, then base coat, apply one or two coats of color, and finally apply top coat. Make sure to dry with uv light between each coat for curing and quicker dry.
