Rated 1 out of 5 by DrCarla Ineffective for my type of hair
Do not recommend this item for those with long, straight, voluminous and heavy hair. Possibly, this would be more helpful for those with already curly hair to train into a style. Also, would not recommend using when hair is wet or very damp because doubtful this will be dry by AM. Save yourself the $ and get reliable results with a Caruso (curler of my choice.)

I bought these after I had seen them on TV and they appeared to work so good. I wanted to have lots of tight curls like the pictures/girls on TV. My hair is extremely straight and hard to curl. When I use a curling iron, my curls will fall out within hours even if I use product (I'm not a professional but my mom was a hairstylist so I know a thing or two about it and it's my hair, not technique). But, when I used these, it didn't work exactly the way I wanted. First of all, it takes a decent amount of time to put them into your hair. Don't expect it to be a 5 minute process. Then, since these cause your hair to have really small, tight curls, you need to make sure that you get them curls all the way to your scalp and that it stays there. I've made the mistake of not getting them all the way to my scalp and I looked like I had a major grow out from a perm. On the plus side, it's not horrible to sleep on them (compared to other rollers), but with the way I sleep, I've loosened them up and screwed the whole thing up before. So, you want to make sure that you secure them while you sleep. In the end, I looked ridiculous with the super small, tight curls so it just didn't work out for me at all.

I recently purchased these foam rollers because it's hard for me to curl my hair with a regular curling iron because my hair is naturally staight and long. I was stuck between these and the curlformers, but when I went into the store i picked up the curlformers and these and asked if I could try both. I tried these and it was very easy to use and felt like I was sleeping on a pillow, then I tried the curlformers, they weren't as easy or comfortable, they pulled out my hair and my head hurt for a good 10-20 min. I decided to purchase these, Wrap Snap & Go. So far, I am very happy with my purchase! It takes a few tries to get it to the style you want. I have natural straight hair so I like my curls tight and spiral. The first time I tried it I soaked my hair and I was not reading the instructions properly because it said NOT to soak my hair. But I tried it again and damped my a just a little and slept in it overnight and when I took it out in the morning I was more than excited with my curls! But if you like your curls tight and spiral like me, then I would buy three packs! :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these. When I want to style my hair in a curl or wave, I always come to these rollers. They are soft and easy to use. I do tight and loose curls.
For a tighter curl, I twist (2strand twist) and then roll each twist, then when I wake up, curls galore.
