Love this! I'm a professional makeup artist/aesthetician and this is one of my fav tools! I wonder if the previous reviewers used it AFTER applying mascara? I use this by itself and also with a traditional curler. Start out with a trad curler if you wish, then apply mascara, after use this to shape your lashes exactly how you want them and the mascara will work like hairspray to hold them in place with precision. It's an amazing tool. November 22, 2012
Excellent eyelash curler This eyelash curler is excellent. It does not get really hot, but if you use it properly then it will work wonderfully. For those of you who cannot get it to work check out Robert Jones' video on how to curl your lashes. His technique is great and your lashes will stay curled longer by using his technique. good for touch-ups I've tried another (~$5) heated eyelash curler in the past and was very impressed with its results, so I was excited to try this one. Disappointment. Either I'm using it wrong (i.e. not going slow enough, not holding the curl to cool long enough) or it's a very weak and short lasting curl. However, I can see this tool being useful for touch-ups throughout the day, easily tagging along in ridiculously small purses since it's the size of a thick pen. August 7, 2011
straight lashes I was so excited when I got home to finally have curled or at least eyelashes that bend. But was very disappointed when after following directions there was not much of change, in fact I think my old fashioned eye cruler had better results. They did bend a little but within an hour were as straight as a board.. October 27, 2010
