The best!!!! I purchased this after reading some of the other reviews. I heated new jar up for 30 seconds, but it wasn't warm enough. It took another 30 seconds. (so a full minute is what it took in my microwave) I tested it on my wrist and it was perfect. I used the GiGi muslin strips and everything went as planned. Be sure to apply pressure after you pull off your strip. It helps minimize discomfort. Also, BE SURE YOU PURCHASE THE GIGI WAX OFF. The wax is sticky. At first I tried to wash it off, but that didn't work at all. In fact, I picked up something after washing my hands and I left sticky residue on it. The GIGI WAX OFF works super easy and smells wonderful. It's worth the price. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again. LOVE IT! April 30, 2014
Great! This works great for a cheap price! I wish it would get all the smaller hairs, but overall works very well. It does need more time to heat up than instructed and needs to be reheated if you take your time with it. Instead of using the wax remover, baby oil works perfectly and if you need a makeshift applicator a plastic knife works well also. October 11, 2013
Honey Works, but was not for me. March 6, 2012
Works wonders! I got sick and tired of going to salons and paying 15-20 bucks for uneven eyebrows. So i researched a little and decided that Gigi's would work best, and sure enough it did! It's an incredible deal. $11 for the wax, $4 for strips and 15 cents per applicator, that's almost exactly, maybe even less than what it costs at a salon! The wax, i found, takes longer to heat up than instructed which is 30 seconds. I put it in for about 45 seconds and then another 15 after it cools and hardens. It's the perfect temp. doesn't burn or clump as it would if it were cold. It goes on and comes of smoothly! It does get a little stringy if you don't put it on pretty fast but it's not too bad. Both types of strips work equally fine although the muslin ones are pricier. Just a tip, the remover liquid stuff isn't really necessary. I just use a tiny bit of olive oil and it comes right off. Also, if you're using this for eyebrows use the PETITE applicators! it's a whhooolllee lot easier thank using the normal, thicker ones. July 17, 2011
