I have long, thick, highlighted and MAJORLY frizzy hair. I've had several keratin/brazilian blowout treatments done at the salon and one at home so my drying time and frizz factor would be reduced.
After a lot of research and a great consultation with a SB advisor I gave this product a try. Since I have a full head of highlights I did a strand test, per the instructions, and my hair was fine so I went on with the treatment.
The results were Meh. Pros: No bad odor (actually smells very nice). Cons: I don't see any difference in my hair. Still frizzy and takes just as long to blow dry.
The processing time for my hair type is 10 minutes (beginning when the product is applied to the entire head of hair. Perhaps, my hair needs more time to process? I am going to call the company and ask their thoughts on this. If it's just a matter of more processing time I would give this product another chance because there is no odor and it didn't damage my hair.

I have applied this keratin treatment every 2 - 3 months over the past 3 years and have loved the results until this last treatment. This time, the last 2 - 3 inches of my hair was dry and brittle after the application. Previously, it was smooth and silky all over. I have given it as gifts to my frizzy headed co-workers and do recommend it. It takes about 3 - 4 hours to properly apply, but that is much less time than I would have had to spend flat ironing it each day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by wriver I feel like the instructions are incorrect
I've done a couple of at home keratin treatments with success so I wasn't really worried about this one. I have medium length, wavy, healthy hair. I just wanted to relax the wave and get some help with the frizz for summer.
This treatment did nothing. After the 48 hours, I washed my hair and it was wavy out of the shower as usual. It actually felt really dry--probably from the extreme flat ironing.
The instructions said to put the treatment in, leave on for the 20 minutes, rinse out, and use the clarifying shampoo again. Why? The last two treatments I used, you LEFT THE TREATMENT IN and blew your hair dry. The 2 (or 3) days you couldn't put it up or wash it were torture because the hair felt so greasy. Not this one. My hair felt normal and DRY. No shine, no grease, no nothing. I'm really disappointed. Again, I feel like the instructions are just not right.
Also, I had a friend who is a hair stylist help me. She also wondered why you would rinse the treatment out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Brittany6406 Sadly Disappointed
I was really excited about this after my beautician recommended a relaxer. I have really thick, long curly/wavy hair and its hard to manage. It takes me about an hour and a half to flat iron my hair on average. I followed the instructions TO A T! It took me like 4 hours all together. The shampoo DEFINITELY had chemicals in it because I could smell them. My hair is now COURSE and breaking. I had healthy beautiful hair before but just needed it tamed....so much worse now. I hate that I had to spend 30 bucks on something that didnt even work but made matters worse. I am a single Mom and cant afford a salon treatment that they recommend so I had to try something. Now I will be trying to fix my hair.....might even have to cut it off to start over. Very upset. :(
