Rated 5 out of 5 by Saved my life! Ok so I bleached my hair and it turned orange and I purchased the T18 and my hair came out a little too gray so I ended up adding T11 and it all blended perfectly! November 25, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by turns your hair orange I ordered cause of all the things people said about it but if you have blonde hair it will turn it orange and Im waiting now on the only thing that works with my hair and that's the frosty ash, Never get the 12AA from wella unless you want granny hair which I learned also! Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product I am a cosmetologist and have tried numerous products to tone hair. Nothing works as good as the T18. It will not work unless your hair is pre lightened. It takes our the orange/yellow tone from your hair. So after you bleach it, you can use this to get a whiter blonde. Its amazing, just make you your hair is light first, or it will not work like it should. August 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wella T18 Just be mindful to adjust your amounts. I have really long hair and a lot of it. So I have had to adjust up the amount I use for the amount of hair, and also I have adjusted the developer up a notch on previously covered area. Also, as you go outside in the sun, you have to cover, or protect your hair, as when it sunburns, it will go back a few levels lower blond, and look brassy. (just help tips from a DIYer) August 3, 2015

To start with my hair was color treated, very light ashy blonde. I didn't know all that I have learned since, Re you can't color over color etc.
I colored with Ion 8A A1 with 30 volume, the results were to brassy. I then used Wella T14 toner with 20 volume, still to warm a color. any suggestion on how to proceed. I prefer an much cooler color. I have very short hair should I let it grow out and start again?

Hello and thank you for your question. Sometimes the hair will not accept color pigments, if the hair is over-processed. We recommend a good deep conditioner, Try iThrive Keratin Rescue mask in a black jar. Also consult with a professional hairdresser to help you find out why your hair is not responding to a toner.

Hello and thank you for your question. We advise next time to make sure hair is lifted to a pale yellow and try it with the T18. Don’t mix it with T-11 that is a warm toner.
