Rated 3 out of 5 by from Color did not hold I have Medium Brown Hair. I purchased the Intense Red. It was pretty for a few days but everyday for about 2 weeks every time I washed my hair it would rinse out pink. after 3 weeks my hair was pretty much faded to a light copper color.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Product does not work. It is full of strong Ammonia. My head hurt for 2 days later. The color doesnt lift and doesnt work without bleaching. I have to now bleach to fix my hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sooo good I did this color on a client with Virgin level 1-2 hair & her hair lifted beautifully. It did not look brassy at all & her hair felt so good like nothing was even done to it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the color I was looking for I just bought this yesterday and let me tell you the color is just what I wanted for fall, I used the deep auburn red and it came out such a pretty Red that I think I'm going to stick to it and I think it looks so pretty on my pixie cut.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product for dark haired beauties. I had heard a lot about this product so I just went with it hoping it would turn out well. It certainly did not disappoint - but my ends were faded to a lighter brown. It's extremely vibrant considering there's no bleach process. I definitely will turn back to this for my touch ups.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No, just no Used the product for years since I was 15, worked amazing and was a dark red. Suddenly I used it to redo and my hair wasn't red at all even though I had just used the same product previously. they must have changed something because my hair is now brown

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This I have like level 2 black hair, so it's a pretty difficult to lift I decided to do my own hair because I don't have the resources to process for hours, seriously damage my hair with a ton of bleach and toner, and spend so much money because the process takes forever. This has gone okay. Obviously, my roots are much more brilliant than the rest of my hair, but so far, I really love the color. Very pretty, very vibrant. I have a volume 40 that I'm going to keep processing the ends of my hair with in a few days. I knew the process would take time but I haven't lost one strand of hair, and it has lifted. Can't wait to see how it goes!

My hair is a brown auburn color not too light or too dark and I’m trying to go burgundy I purchased the intense red and the magenta to mix I wasn’t sure which developer to get but the lady at the store told me 30, does this sound right for my hair color?

Asked by: Rachelbd
Yes, my hair stylist recommended 30 for me as well

Does this cover gray hairs? I have a mix of dark brown and gray roots. I only want to apply the to my new growth.

Asked by: Zebra123
I have naturally dark brown hair with a good amount of silver streaking, I use the red-violet shade with a 20 developer and it works great.

Would this work if the hair is bleached from a previous red dye and has long dark brown roots?

Asked by: Betherks
It should take as long as the brown wasn't a previous dye. My natural hair is black and this is the only thing that worked without me needing to strip it first.

I want to dye my hair hot red but half of my hair is my original color which is dark brown and the other half is blonde.  How do I die my whole hair red if I have two different colors going on?

Asked by: Taylorhea
you have to ask your hairdresser. I would assume you would first dye all your hair brown then wait a bit and use the h12 but really you need to ask a professional

does this require bleaching your hair and can it be harmful to my curls ?

Asked by: pinksmokes
If you have black hair, the color may not "take". It didn't affect my curl pattern but the color isn't as vibrant as I wanted.

So my hair is still box dyed red from roots to tips and my hair is naturally black. Do i need to strip all the boxed red dye out of my hair for this product to work like using "Color Oops"?? Or do i color over-top of my hair using these products?

Asked by: Jackiesue
No, just dye it. This line is designed to avoid having strip your hair.
