My main hair color goal was to cover grays and to have a color as near as possible to my "natural" dark brown with reddish highlights. Bingo! This dark soft mahogany brown from the Chocolate Collection did the trick. I love the look and feel of my hair after I use this color. August 29, 2014
Disappointing and Very Dark. I had used 6R, light auburn, for years on my natural, medium brown hair and loved the color. Last week I decided to go a little darker as my hair was very brassy and orange from the summer sun. I left this medium copper brown shade on for 30 minutes on my roots and about 25 minutes on the rest. It turned out almost black with a hint of red. I have since used two hot oil treatments and rinsed them out with dandruff shampoo on two separate occasions. My hair is a now a natural looking, very pretty, deep auburn. It is nice, but NOT what I wanted. I will go back to using a level 6 color in the future. August 26, 2014
I want to keep my original color but cover the gray and the darker colors make my hair darker. This did not cover my gray. If it can't cover any better than that I'll have to try another brand. August 24, 2014
I used the hair color to try to get red out of my hair and it did not even put a dent in the color. August 17, 2014
