A GODSEND! I swear by Manic Panic's Virgin Snow toner! I have a short fade that I've been wearing platinum blonde/white for about 3 years. It took me forever to figure out how to get my hair completely white and Manic Panic toner is the answer. I bleach as light as I can get it (about the same shade of yellow as the inside of a banana peel) with developer, 7th stage creme lightener and BW2 bleaching powder and then I tone it for about an hour with Manic Panic. Snow white every time! It does fade with each wash (as the instructions state), but I combat that by conditioning once a week with Aveda's Blue Malva conditioner/toner. Overall it is a great product and I have yet to find a toner that works as well. October 8, 2014
Very conditioning toner I was recommended this product for its conditioning qualities. I left the product on for about an hour and my hair was bleached to the color of a inside of a banana professionally. I blew dried it for 15 minutes while it was processing and then rinsed it out. I was impressed by how soft and conditioned my hair felt after it dried. Also it took out some yellow tones out of my hair and it looks more platinum/ white now. I would not recommend this product if your hair is not bleached to the inside of a banana. Also if you're going more for the silver/gray look - I would recommend Blond Brilliance toner in Platinum. Beautiful color but fades to a gross green I have dirty blonde hair color and wanted to have blue hair without bleaching it. I used Manic Panic in Shocking Blue and was really surprised by how it turned out. A really beautiful dark blue. Now, it stayed dark blue for 1 wash and then faded to a turquoise. One more wash and it turned turquoise-y green. Still a pretty color. However, by wash three, it turned to what me and my family call "baby barf green". It was so bad. And it stayed baby barf green for the next 3 washes. By then I had changed colors and was able to redye it to Manic Panic Amplified blue (that works way better). This is a really nice dye but Shocking Blue over dirty blonde plus three washes, did not work out. August 27, 2014
Manic Panic Fan I love this stuff! I have very short hair (1.5 to 2 inches long) which is gray and white. The real white is around my face, so that's where I use Manic Panic, just for a blast or two (or three) of color and it looks great! It only lasts a couple of weeks on my hair, and of course my hair gets cut often. It's just fun to play around with. August 25, 2014

Really what I'm wondering is if it is going to mess with my brown hair and not just bring the blonde out in my highlights. Thanks!

I have a photo of this hair color and it kind of looks like a poison ivy green mixed with teal. But it's ombre. The top of the hair coming from the scalp is a natural black and the ombre is that greenish blue. I would love to send the photo to you so that you are able to better understand what I mean.

My 3 year old is wanting some pink streaks in her hair, and I used this in my younger days, so I know it is all natural & it was my first thought when she said she wanted pink hair, but want to make sure it is safe for her little head?

since a child's skin is so sensitive, i would probably suggest getting some hair chalk and using that. although manic panic is vegan, it can still cause significant irritation to sensitive skin.
