Rated 5 out of 5 by Works Great!! I bought this a few weeks ago and my nails have already improved dramatically! Love it! It stays on really well, doesn't chip and has worked wonders on my nails! March 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow! This really works. Nothing helped with my peeling nails and I've tried so many things. This had made my nails crazy tough. I don't like wearing color on my fingernails so this subtle polish is perfect for me. Even when I take it off for days after, my nails are still strong. September 2, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Stick with the Original formula My local beauty supply store was out of the original formula (which has been life changing for my weak, peeling nails) I picked this up instead. Horrible formula (way too thick and does not dry quickly at all) but I kept using it. By the time I was halfway through the bottle, my nails were back to peeling and snagging. I am back on the Original formula now and my nails are finally back to strong and healthy. Peeling, weak nails? Just stick to the original Nail Envy. The only positive is that it does still protect your nails as a base coat from staining due to color polish. But that is it. June 5, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by After 3 months of careful use.....poor results I have been a user of OPI polish for years. When I became disenchanted with a popular nail strengthener product I had used for months, I wrote to OPI and asked for advice. They recommended OPI sensitive and peeling. I have used the product according to directions for 3 months. Sadly, although the nails on my thumbs are strong and well shaped, the others have simply disintegrated at the tips as they grow away from the skin attachment. I am disappointed.. April 4, 2015

A:
Because it is NOT inadequate. Sorry if it didn't work for you, but it has saved my nails, and it is the only product that's worked on my splits.
