Palladio Precision Lip Liners feature a waterproof, no transfer formula that is the perfect all day lip liner for all skin types. Lasts for up to twelve hours. Buildable color pigment, for soft to dramatic styles. Silicone base will not "bleed" or "feather" like traditional wax liners.

Line the lips to prevent the "bleeding" of lip color. Color the lips completely, to prolong and enhance lip color. Allow adequate time for the liner to "set" after application (about 3-5 minutes.)

Apply Palladio Precision Lip Liner around the lip area, as desired, for definition.
