RETURN TO STORE LOCATION: Equipment items cannot be returned to the store. Please call 1-800-444-7712 for more information on returning equipment items. Items that are available online only must be returned to our warehouse and cannot be returned to a store. We will gladly accept all other returns, up to 60 days from purchase, to U.S. and Canada Sally Beauty Supply store locations. You will need the packing list that came with your online order and the credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order. For all other items except for Special Restrictions stated below, If you do not have your receipt OR if your receipt is older than 60 days, you will get in-store credit for the lowest selling price within the past 60 days before return. Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.

SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS
Electrical items and shears: May be returned for refund or exchange with an original receipt only, and dated within 60 days of purchase. Without original receipt dated within 60 days of purchase, we do not offer in-store credt or return. If product is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty.
