Tea tree shampoo... So glad it is being sold in CA again. It is an awesome product and I think it is BETTER than the Paul Mitchell version. December 31, 2014
Why spend up to 4X as much? This product does the same trick as the name brand but costs less(I should know. I've used Mr. Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree for years#. It matches the name brand product, ingredient for ingredient. It has the same cool, minty feeling/fragrance, which is awesome. I feel I have kind of finicky hair needs and this product meets them. I bought a bottle in August of 2013 and it lasted slightly more than a year. Granted I'm a man and have shaved sides and a top that comes down shorter than my ears but that is considerably longer than any other product has lasted me. You can also use this as an after shave#or the conditioner, really). Just lather on your face and let sit for a minute or so and rinse off. An exhilarating feeling. Nothing better after a hot day in the sun than a cool shower and some minty freshness If they allowed 6 stars this product would def earn it. Buy it and try it if you've never used a Tea Tree product before. At this price it is sooooo worth it. September 21, 2014
No longer available in CA? I used to get this product and absolutely loved it! It tingles slightly, and is fresh and clean smelling. Leave hair very clean. Follow it up with the conditioner for a really nice look and feel. Hair will feel soft and smell clean. I just tried to order several of these bottles, as I was unable to obtain it at my local store. When I went to check out, it stated that it was not able to be shipped to California. WHY? Why are we in CA being discriminated against? I don't understand. Can someone explain? This is a GREAT product!!! April 26, 2014
GREAT STUFF! My son has had seborrheic dermatitis since he was about 4 years old, and we tried EVERYTHING to clear it, including a prescription! Nizoral worked for a while, but then stopped working. We had the best results by adding some tea tree oil to a regular shampoo, and no matter which shampoo we tried, it left his hair oily and only partially solved the problem. So, we bought this shampoo. It immediately stopped the itchiness and some of the flakes. Unfortunately, the concentration of tea tree wasn't quite strong enough to totally clear his scalp, so we added just a little bit of extra tea tree oil. Worked like a charm! His hair is clean and not greasy, and his scalp is 100% clear. Also, this stuff lathers like crazy! He only has to use a teensy amount to get his hair clean. Love it!! February 20, 2014

my daughter has oily hair just on the top of her hair, the rest is fine. would this shampoo help?
A:When I used this shampoo it did help with my oily hair. I repeated the shampooing each time in the shower. I only focused on my roots, I didn't wash my ends with the shampoo. I was able to go 2-3 days without re-washing so I think it did help with that problem, but it made my scalp break out so I had to stop using it. I think it just might be me though, I didn't see any other reviews of ones breaking out from it.
