Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner is rated 4.44 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great conditioner! This is a very thick conditioner. It's so thick that it's difficult to get out of the conditioner but when it does it's worth the effort. It's very creamy and very moisturizing. My hair is relaxed and I try to co-wash often and this works great for that. When I want to add a little extra moisturizing to my deep conditioner, I add this. I can't say that this will work great in everyone's hair since what works for one person may not work for another, but it's definitely worth a try. You get a lot of product for the money and if it doesn't work that great or as well as you want it to, you can always mix it with another conditioner or oil.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's ok... Better than the shampoo I'll say that, but since I always match my shampoo and conditioners, I won't be purchasing this one again. I liked that this was thick, like conditioner should be, and that's about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helps straw like and brittle hair! Being a hair stylist i've done just about everything to my hair....heat styling, dying, and bleaching. My hair was in bad shape and felt like straw. After a mishap and my hair being fried I was looking for something to give my hair a healthy, shiny, and strong feel again. I was amazed how soft and shiny it made my hair. I just bought the conditioner but now I have to get the shampoo to go with it. If your hair is damaged and brittle you have got to try this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I have thick wavy hair that's highlighted & low lighted. This conditioner provides sottness to my hair without making it feel greasy. My hair has a fine texture but I have a lot of it & I need something that will not weigh my hair down but get out the tangles. This works. It smells good & my hair feels great after using it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wasted Money I bought this conditioner and another one by them when they were on sale. I regret buy it! It is just freaking awful! At first, it goes on all nice and it feels good in your hands but after the first use your hair gets dry. I thought that maybe it was just because I wasn't used to it so I kept using, and I got the same results everytime. Thin, gross, dry, hair. I have one of their leave-ins and it works amazing! This product on the other hand... not so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW what can I say I was truly suprised by this when I bought it a few months back..(think in August or September ) anyways the smell and feel of the conditioner are AWESOME made my bleached hair feel nearly if not better than before bleaching..even my husband uses..can you imagine?? well worth the money.. (also just as a FYI for anyone bleaching/dying hair often this works well as a deep- conditioner under heat of blow dryer for the intense penetration)

Can this product be safely used on permed hair?

My hair is white and thin (71 years old) and I just had a perm to give it some volume; now, however, it is very frizzy. I noticed that this moisturizer says it is "reconstructing," and I worry that it will interfere with the perm (which intentionally reconstructs the hair). Anyone have advice?
Asked by: Kate
Hello, and thank you for your question. Depending on how long ago you got your perm, you will need to wait about 48-72 hours after the perm before washing or you’ll diminish how well it stays in your hair. Also, we are sure that the Biotera is safe for permed hair, but we would suggest you try Roux Keratin Strengthening Shampoo (Sally SKU 700833). It’s designed for more mature hair and specifically states that it’s safe for permed hair.

Will this strip haircolor out?

I have all sorts of colors in my hair, and its my work of art :), but this happen to be on sale at sallys so I thought I would try it. My hair colors are not your normal hair colors, I use pink, black, teal, and purple. The shampoo does say it contains sulfur, but this stuff smells so good and I hear alot of good things! If you would like to get a better look at my hair and you have a facebook its under April dawn withrow! I know I can buy shampoo specially formulated for hair colour but I would really love to try this for moisture. Thank you much!

I color my hair and the color lasts like it always has. However, there is also a bioterra for color treated hair. You might want to give that a spin if concerned.

Is this conditioner safe for permed hair?

I bought this product but haven't used it because it is labeled "Reconstructing Conditioner." Since my fine white (71 year old) hair has just been reconstructed during the perming process, I'm afraid this product might undo the perm. Any ideas out there?
