Watch Out!!! Used these clippers for 7 months and motor went out, cuts good. March 23, 2013
as with most trimmers the key to these is adjusting the blade properly. once adjusted properly you can expect very sharp lines May 29, 2011
Horrible purchase To begin with it leaves scrapes and razor burn on all my clients. The motor fluctuates potency. It'll run fast, then weak without notice. The blade doesn't adjust correctly... It falls with the vibrations of the motor. I paid over $50 for it, but it's worthless. I definitely don't think anyone should buy!!! March 9, 2011
Bang for Buck POW!!!! First, hopefully this review will be helpful and not offend anyone! OK, if you are nicking clients and leaving redmarks and you are a Pro, LEARN HOW TO ADJUST YOUR BLADES!!! I been cutting since 15 I'm now 33. Figured out how to adjust blades thru common sense by 16, but the blade setter with these was pretty accurate. Like the last reviewer I used Andis Outliners forever til I went to school and was introduced to Detailers WOW!!! If your a master with your tools set these up like you would your andis and MARVEL at the difference. If you take clippers out of the pack and just start cutting and judging, go to youtube and learn how to adjust blades. This lil guy made me hang up the outliners, and that is HARD to say!
