Can I get this deal in Sally Beauty stores?

Yes, just go into any Sally Beauty store and click on the button that says ‘Use this deal in Sally Stores. A coupon code will be displayed that the sales person can enter so you can take advantage of the daily deal.

How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status be logging in to and clicking on the ‘Order Status’ button at the top of the page or by going to the Sally Beauty mobile site and clicking on ‘Check Order’ at the bottom of the screen.

What payment options are available to me?

You can use the same payment options that you use on now - American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

How do I return or exchange a daily deal?

Items purchased on the daily deal app can be returned within 30 days of delivery, to the fulfillment center or to any Sally Beauty store. We cannot accept merchandise returns to the fulfillment center for items purchased at a Sally Beauty Store. These items can only be returned to a Sally Beauty store.

  • Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • We cannot accept COD’s for returned merchandise.
  • In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
  • Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
  • Do not return items to by Air Mail – The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft.
  • Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
  • Due to health and hygiene concerns, no exchanges on hair extensions can be accepted for any reason.
