Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love I got this glue in black and clear. It stays on for weeks!!!! Best glue! I wish it came in a squeezing bottle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad, not great, just good I purchased this glue for individuals and I had to swap it out... I'm pretty sure I got a bad batch the first time! It would not dry! Seriously, 40 minutes after applying the individuals the first time, I touched them and they slid right off! The second glue was much better! I've been wearing my individuals for 6 days and they have lasted through showers and face washing. My two complaints are that it dries kinda crunchy, I've started using less and it helps. The second thing, I absolutely HATE how it dries shiny (I purchased the clear one).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality. Didn’t work well I got the dark colored glue. It Dries very hard and almost kinda crispy. I personally think it smells kinda like cheap nail polish. I used this glue to adhere the individual Ardell lashes and they came off within two days (no additional make up was worn, I didn’t scrub them in the shower). Not happy with this glue. I would not buy it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Will not come off I have been trying to get this off for 5 hours and I’ve been crying because it hurts so bad I don’t like it at all but for someone who likes their lashes on forever this would be great

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Painful I’ve given this glue multiple tries, it gets painful once it sets on your lashes, gets crusty and is painful removing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ardell Clear Adhesive I have been using this adhesive for my individual Ardell Long Individual lashes. It's so easy. I pour a cap full of the glue and use the pointy tweezer that comes with a "kit" (I have to find one actually)...dip the end of the flared lash in the glue, and lay it on your eyelash, helpful is a magnifying mirror. Let it dry, and try to keep the lash on your lash, not on eyelid skin. They can't be washed as you usually would , you have to avoid them when washing your face. But I take a q-tip and wet it so there is no fuzz and be sure my lashes are clean. They last for weeks. If one seems loose or you lose one during sleep, simply replace. A Tip: Learn to sleep on your back, it's better for everything!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For semi-permanent individual lashes! After reading some reviews I had to post this.. First off, this glue is NOT for strip lashes lol. It's for applying individual lashes and it's not meant to be removed a day later. I have used this glue for my lashes for years and they will stay on for 2 weeks if properly taken care of! The trick is to wait 24 hours after applying before you wet your lashes (still not good to wet them though) and make sure you let the glue get a bit tacky before applying the lash. A lot of people left bad reviews because they didn't know what they were doing. The actual product is good and I highly recommend it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I haven't tried it yet I did not know you need a certain type of remover until reading the directions, so I haven't use it yet:(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most painful eyelash glue I’ve ever used So if your looking for some real tough eyelash glue I guess this would be for you, but I just found it so painful! From the moment I put the lashes on, the smell was chemically and really strong not like other lash glues, and my eyes burned. As soon as the glue dried down it felt so uncomfortable because the glue doesn’t get soft like other glues and gets hard so you can literally feel it every time you blink. Removing them was extremely painful, I luckily didn’t loose any eyelashes in the process but my eyelids are red and sore. I’m throwing this in the trash, and going back to my holy grail kiss adhesive with aloe in it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst glue ever This is the worst lash glue I've ever purchased. It burns your eyes when you apply them, it dries hard and sharp, painful to wear, and it sticks to your skin and doesn't come off with makeup remover..you have to rip it off.. Eyelash glue should be flexible and comfortable this is *not*.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not very long lasting This individual lash adhesive is just okay. I bought this to replace my duo individual lash adhesive because I wanted a dark color instead of clear. If you are one of those people who apply individual lashes and then take them off at the end of the night, this is perfect for you. If you expect your individual lashes to last for weeks on end, stick with the duo glue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AWFUL I did cluster eyelash extensions and after a few weeks I used the glue remover and ALL MY EYELASHES CAME OUT

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a fabulous glue Majority of the negative reviews you read are people who did 0 research and got this glue for strip lashes. THIS IS NOT STRIP LASH GLUE. This glue is for individual / cluster lashes that you do yourself. It is extremely strong and durable. It works exactly how it should and your lashes will stay for days. Or weeks and will need a remover to get the lashes off when you’re done. Take your time when applying the glue & lashes and you’ll be perfectly fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs work. I bought this product a week ago. and I did everything it said to do but, it doesnt seem to work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last less than 2 days 1. It came out super thick like it almost dry out, 2. I had to dip my lash directly from the bottle for that reason, 3. It last less than 2 days, every other lashes start to fall. Don’t waste your money on this. Bye Ardell for real

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Permanent glue People oiyampermanre glue, it’s to last 3 weeks, then you refill! You use a remover instead of ripping Lashes out! It’s for single not strip! It’s greag for long lasting! Other wise if you want a strip use a weaker glue!
Date published: 2018-01-25
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Other reviews... Many of the other reviews (as in ALL of the negative reviews) seem to be from people using this product on temporary lashes or lash strips. THIS IS SEMI-PERM PERMANENT!!! After applying lashes with this adhesive you MUST use a remover in order to painlessly remove them (Try LashFree). Do your research people! This adhesive works great when used correctly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was a terrible experience So first off, and this is my own fault, this glue does not work on strip lashes at all. Anyway when applied my eyes burned, but not just my eyes, the entire area around my them did as well. In other reviews it's said to be like nail glue, well the fumes that it gave off we're definitely not the type that should be near someones eyeball that's for sure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst eyelash glue This is the worst eyelash glue I've ever used. The bottle is inconvenient as there is no easy way to apply it to the lashes and once the lashes are on they are STUCK there. This ripped several of my real lashes out when I tried to remove. Would absolutely not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DANGER YOUVE BEEN WARNED! I bought this product a few days ago in order to replace my DUO glue and after reading a bunch of reviews I tried not to believe them and thought to myself that maybe the glue was so hard to get off due to the amount being applied. As soon as I got home from school I rubbed coconut oil all over my eyes to try and get it off. Oh no they weren’t lying, the glue was GORILLA glue. The glue was so difficult to get off that I was practically crying by the end. It smells like nail polish and it’s literally nail glue in a jar. This was the worse purchase I have ever made from Ardell which is shocking considering how bomb their lashes are.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes.. they stick alright I bought this glue for my false eyelash extensions and I was very satisfied the first day because they didn't feel heavy on my eyes or anything. Great! This stuff lasts through me working a double shift at work as a server, me crying because someone hit my car and destroyed an 07 Mustang Coupe that I just purchased, and also many many arguments with my boyfriend resulting in me being over dramatic and crying. They stick & them little things are STAYIN on there. Good luck getting them off. I'm on day three and I'm trying my hardest to remove them. But hey.. if you're looking for durability... this is your best bet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AWFUL There is absolutely no way to get it off. My eyelashes are practically all gone because I had to rip it out of my eyes. The adhesive remover does not work. Nothing works. My eyelashes are gone and it's because of this adhesive. NEVER again.
Date published: 2017-05-22
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This Really Sticks!!! I used this adhesive together with the Ardell Individual Lashes. I bought this just to try out falsies as I have never tried them before. Since I didn't have anywhere to be, I decided to test them with everyday stuff. First things I did was take a nap. They stayed on. Then I took a shower, washing my face as I usually do and they did not budge. Then I decided to give them a good tug and sure enough, THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME OFF! The glue's appearance does not change upon drying so either use only a very, very, VERY, minimal amount or use the black one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price I used this glue to apply my individual lashes and it serves the purpose for the price. My lashes do not stay on for weeks at a time, but at least 5 days. I'm satisfied with it. Also, one thing I've noticed is that the surface has to be totally dry and in the correct spot for the best results. If you are placing the lashes in a spot too close to your eyes, which causes them to become moist.
Date published: 2009-06-02
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better I tried to apply false eyelashes (the individual ones) and it turned out horribly (but also quite humorous)! The "dark" glue is actual a blue/purple color and takes a while to dry, which made applying the lashes very difficult. I'm sure it wasn't only the glue, but faster drying glue would have helped. Also, whatever you do, DO NOT get this stuff in your eyes, it burns so badly!!!!!

While using this glue, when an eyelash falls off, does it rip off your own eyelash as well?

Asked by: Emramos312
It sometimes can. I used this lash glue for years and experienced significant lash loss over time. If the lash falls off on its own as opposed to pulling lashes off to remove them (as I did) I think there’s maybe less of a chance of lash loss.

Which is better? The Dark or clear adhesive?

Asked by: Ashnicole
Clear! When I’ve used the black, it doesn’t adhere as well, so my lashes come off faster.

Is the glue waterproof? do i have to be careful when i'm showering when wearing individual lashes?

Asked by: britneyh
It’s not going to “wash off” if you get them wet, but the individual lashes will last much longer if you try not to get them wet. When I shower, I just try really hard not to get my eyes wet, and if I do either just let the lashes dry on their own, or just pat them a little if they’re really wet and need to be dried some.

How long does it last for?

Asked by: TeeTee26
Adele1718, you should definitely not apply it over eyeliner or mascara because this glue is meant to last a couple weeks, and if you apply over some kind of makeup, your eyes won’t be clean for all that time. Also, i would think if you apply over mascara, it would not last very long, which defeats the purpose of this glue. Also, you only apply to your own lashes, not your eyelid, so there’s no way to apply it over eyeliner, even if you wanted.  This glue should last about 2 weeks per application if you take care of your lashes properly.

Do you apply the lashes to your eyelid or eyelashes?

Asked by: mqgill10
Sorry, but Black Butterfly is WRONG. You should never put this type of glue (waterproof) on your lid. I’m sure it’s too late for the original poster, but I hope others will do their research.

Is this meant for semi-permanent lash extensions?

Asked by: suhduddood
Yes, but don't buy the clear because it tends to clump up to a yellowish color. Buy the black instead.
