AMAZINGI love this stuff, just the perfect amount of highlight, makes skin look dewy. I would say it’s similar the the Becca highlighting liquid. Very good high end type quality. I don’t know if I would recommend mixing it with the foundation though, I tried that and I was pretty glowy all over my face lol.
can the highlighter filter be used under foundation

Because it us so sheer I would say no. It is different than any I've ever used before. It simply has a sheer glow, almost a glisten to it. Also a little goes a long way.

Not sure how to use it but l love the entire line of the Collab
I use to use Mac but this product has it beat by a long shot.

It is a highlighter but you can mix a little with foundation for an all over glow. However if you mix it I would only use a very small amount until you figure out the correct amount for the glow you would like.
