Do you have to purchase a gel light to set the polish?

Asked by: Ginalee3
Yes you need an uv or led light to activate the gel polish but it is definitely something to invest in. I have saved so much money doing my own gel nails at home. I used to pay $40 just for gel nails at my local nail salon. Now I just do them myself at home and I could not be more happy with the results from gelish nail polish.

what do you use to "soak off" these polishes???

Asked by: Debsters
There's special remover for gel polishes. You either soak your nails in a "bowl" of it or use foils or clips to secure soaked cotton balls to the nails.
