Wet hair. Apply shampoo then, lather. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat as necessary. Follow with Design Essentials Natural Almond and Avocado Leave-In Conditioner.
For hair with light buildup, shampoo once. For hair with heavy buildup, shampoo hair twice.
