Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong hair My hair used to fall out all the time, because I bleach it and color it; since I started using Intra Bond with the bleaching preparation and some times I have used with the color preparation, my hair is SUPER strong and it doesn't fall off anymore, this was recommended by one of the employees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy hair Used while highlighting hair from dark brown to golden blonde using ion lightener and developer. I was really paranoid about damaging my hair and my hair feels the same as my non-lightened hair! Would definitely use again any time I'm lightening my hair. Worth the money for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Intrabond Serum Additive This makes all the difference in the condition of my hair after I color it. I know it seems expensive, but it is sooo worth it. If getting in the store, be sure to check the box to be sure the serum is in there. This is so effective, unscrupulous individuals have taken it out of the box and you don’t want to get home ready to color without it.

Can u use with toner

Asked by: Lilmomma333
I’m not a hair dresser but I did use this with Ion ultra violet toner and got beautiful results. My hair was shine and soft. I think it was in better condition than prior to toning. Love it!!

Is this product brand-specific? Do I have to use a particular brand of bleach powder and developer? Or will this work with all brands? Can this work with creme lightener and developer? Or does it have to be powder bleach? Will it dilute the strength?

Asked by: Bekka143
No you do not need to adjust your developer. You can use this product with demi perm and perm dye also. If it has developer than I use it! Its wonderful!

So I put this in my hair before dying or I add it to my bleach mix?

Asked by: Jesse James
The Intrabond serum is premeasured to be added to a standard bleach mixture of 1 oz bleach powder to 2 oz hydrogen peroxide for maximum benefit. Some kits use 3 oz peroxide. It can be added to this mixture but it is more effective when the ratio of powder to peroxide is 1 to 2.

Can you use the serum after the hair has been colored to use as leave in treatment

Asked by: Chellbell78
The serum is only productive when put into the bleach or tint mixture. Which is why we created the Intrabond mask as a follow up treatment to secure the rebonding! It’s also a superior reconstructor on its own. The only leave in product we have with a percentage of the serum is the Intrabond Leave In Conditioner.

Has anyone tried this vs olleplex?

Asked by: Blonder4747
This does not compare at all to Olaplex. This doesn't contain the active ingredient that make Olaplex rebuild broken bonds. This simply coats the hair. I don't see anything in the ingredient that is known to repair bonds. Olaplex has a patented ingredient. I've tried all of the dupes. The only thing that has compared to Olapex was Loreal smartbond, but that's because they "stole" the ingredient from Olaplex. Save yourself from fried hair and get a stylist friend to buy you the Olaplex traveling stylist kit.
