Works as described.
Works good, not super holding power hairspray but more like a brushable one. The fragrance is rather gross, hence I deducted a a star that although it dissipates after some time, its still stinky IMHO. Of course scent is subjective. Otherwise, great value, works as described.

This helps fly aways but if you have any type of body or texture to your hair it is not going to hold it like hairspray. Completely worthless purchase for my hair. Its even short but to heavy for this formula I guess. Did not hold my hair at all

I always have used the "Flexible" Spray, but doesn't seem to be available anymore. So I decided to try the Clean Finishing Spray and it works great just like the Flexible Style. It holds your hair in place and is not heavy or sticky.

Just watch ingredients FYI SOME cans may include WHEAT!!
I have loved this hairspray for years but I do have to look at the ingredients of everything. I am not sure where if the ingredients have changed but they are totally different on MY can of hairspray and DO include wheat protein. This is extremely important for those of us that are allergic to wheat or have celiac disease. To some it is as important as for example as a nut allergy-- It is important that Sally's gets the ingredients right on things such as wheat. :)

Just what I wanted :)
I have dark brown, reddish color treated hair and I can't stand using hair spray that leaves gunky white residue on my hair.
THIS DID NOT DO THAT!
The smell is not great, but it really is super clean.
I restyled my hair midday this past weekend and sprayed some more on my bangs that I pulled back.....no residue!!

A great hairspray for up-dos!
With one bottle of this GVP finishing spray, I managed to complete up-dos for an entire wedding, and still had enough left for a couple weeks of my own personal use. It didn't make my hair feel too dry, too sticky, or look clumped and still wet in any way. I've never had a problem with white flakes either! Highly recommended. A great product!

I am really missing this hairspray!! Are you discontinuing it? I wish someone could answer what is going on. I need to find another hairspray if so.
