Great Product - Poor Customer Service
This is my favorite flat iron styling product. It gives a very smooth look and doesn’t gum up my flat iron like other products do. HOWEVER, you will quite often get a can that will work for a while and then lose pressure to the point that it is unusable. This is not the cap getting clogged this is a problem with the can itself. Very often there is more than half a can of product left which is unusable. Since there is not a “use by” date on the can, I would expect them to replace the can with one that works. That is not the case. I will have to find another product to use. I cannot justify purchasing a product that I may only get to use half of. Please go back to guaranteeing your products!

Made my hair feel icky
I have a really thick somewhat wavy / curly hair and was looking for a little bit of definition from a product, this product gives only minimal definition to curls or waves and is very heavy and somewhat greasy feeling and weighs my hair down it also does not help much with frizz.

Like the product, spray doesn't always work
I've been using this product for about a year and a half and really like the spray as it doesn't leave my hair wet the way pumps do. However, at least 80-90% of the time the sprayer stops working when the can is about half full and I need to run it under hot water to unclog. Good product, but poor dispense design. Even had one brand new that needed to be exchanged because it wouldn't spray.

I have bought this product for a long time now. And love it when it sprays. The past 4/5 spray cans that I have purchased stoped spraying with half a can left in it. And a lot of times I had to completely turn the thing upside down to even get it to work at all. It's like they don't put enough aerosol in it to spray. I love the aerosol kind because you put it on dry hair and does not make it wet. Now half to find another kind because I will not buy this again. Waisting money if it only can use 1/2 a can!!!!!!

Best Aerosol Flat Iron Spray for the money
I am never without a back-up can of this product. My hairdresser uses a similar product by Goldwell. It's like 20 bucks for a 3 oz can. What I love about this product is that its almost like a two for one product without the greasy feel. it's not only a flat iron spray but it also leaves my hair shiny at the same time. If you use this product try to remember a little goes a long way even if it doesn't seem like it. It's a very very light spray that needs to be put on every section you flat iron and then comb it through once before you flat iron to distribute it. I have medium weight, naturally curly, but when beginning to flat iron, its frizzy drab hair. When I finish flat ironing with this, it's straight and shiny. Mine would never shine without this. It's not overly shiny either (like fake looking).

It's OK
I feel like I have to use a lot of this product to keep my hair straight. My hair is not that long rather
above shoulder length. I also found it to make my hair look "puffy" other than sleek and smooth.
The product smells great, that is my only good opinion about this "straightener". I would rather pay a bit more money for a brand name that really works and you only have to use a little. In a pinch it will do the trick, however if there is high humidity where you live...forget it!

This product is great because it's the first I've used for my frizzy hair that DOES NOT leave it oily YEH! A little goes a long way and it tames the frizz right out of my hair leaving it smooth and silky and it smells really nice. I bought 2 bottles last time because I love it soooo much!

Awesome Product
I purchased this heat protectant spray to use when I flat-iron my hair (which I haven't done in years!)...I am SO impressed! I have extremely thick, curly hair, and it's very prone to frizz especially when I blow-dry or flat-iron. I love that this product kept my hair protected while styling, and now 7 hours later, my hair is still shiny, smooth, frizz free and beautiful! It's a bit pricey but it seems like a little bit goes a long way. I will definitely be re-purchasing once my current stash runs out!

Best Heat Spray
This heat spray works the best out of all the others I have tried. I have 3c curly hair, that when straightened, meets my waist. I used to use Silk elements heat protectant with olive oil, but it can get to be too much weight at times. The aerosol helps to deliver the right amount of product. It makes your hair soft and shiny too. I used this product before a blow dry and on each piece while flat ironing. My hair looks just like a Dominican blowout or European blowout at a salon. Light, shiny, and it flows. WAY WORTH THE MONEY!!

Excellent Protectant
Love this aerosol protectant!! Smell is decent, makes my hair super shiny and soft, and I feel like it does a great job protecting my hair from the heat damage. I've normally had "pump" heat protectant sprays and they are such a pain! This sprays so easily and quick. I love it! It can be a little pricey, but I find it worth it in the long run! It's a must try!

Great for oily hair.
Really great! I could spray the whole bottle in my hair and it will not make my hair oily...use it multiple days in a row -still, not oily ! My hair is very damaged though so I prefer the Beyond The Zone Turn Up The Heat Protection Spray because it does add the oil that makes my hair shiny - but if I had oily or normal hair even I would think this would be the product for me. Smells great too !

Is this also good to style your hair or do I need a primer to help hold the curls
I love this product. My hair is slightly wavy and frizzy after drying. I use only this spray and it smooths and sets nice curls in my hair.

What do you do when the product no longer comes out of the can due to loss of pressurization?
Try taking the nozzle off and wash it with warm, soapy water. It may not be lost of pressure, just a clogged nozzle.

Is this comparable to miracle 7 thermal protectant spray? That one has a little hold, and makes your hair shiny without being oily .
I've never used miracle 7 but this spray leaves hair very silky and not oily at all. I really like it.
