Works Quickly, No Burns
This relaxer works quickly. I use Regular strength. The first time I used it to relax my all natural afro. It relaxed my hair very quickly. I have never burned with this product. I've been using it for about a year and a half. Very good relaxer. I definitely recommend it wether you're doing it yourself or if you ask a professional to put it in.

Great product, poor quality checks
This is my go-to relaxer, I've had nothing but great experiences with it. However, the most recent kit that I ordered did not have the activating liquid inside. I can't use it without that step so I've wasted my money. Sally customer service is lacking on my complaint too. Just heads up in case you've sat down to relax and are unexpectedly delayed.

Best no lye perm
I bought this perm & put it on yesterday. This was the best choice I've ever made when purchasing a perm. The price was cheap but the results are superior quality. This perm, left my hair soft straight & silky, never seen such all in 1 container. I went from being natural harsh hair to straight and silky. The perm didn't burn at all. Recommendations: If your hair is not straight & is virgin make sure u perm hair thru your ends if u want your entire head straight, I didn't by accident. I permed from the roots to half my hair & the results were roots straight & rest naturally curly with a beautiful blend.. I haven't had a perm in 5 years. I luv what this perm did to my hair. I feel like I have 2 styles in 1. If u are natural & looking for the best no lye perm, I did the research for u & tested the perm. This is it!

Do mot recommend! Almost had to shave my head. ):
I got this relaxer and followed the instructions perfectly. It melted off most of my hair (had to chop off about 8 inches) and what is left is fried and not even actually straight! I'm so upset.

If hair loss does happen does hair regrow and what should be done to stop the hair loss. My girl friend used this product and has now lost close to 75% of her hair after following the instructions.
You should not experience hair loss with this product. Please check ingredients for allergies, or ingredients that would cause skin sensitivity or irritation.

Why do all the reviews mention burn. Due to COVID19 I haven't been able to get to hairdresser. In bad need of care. Blk 62 female. Need good hair relaxer/system. Help!
If you are not experienced consider getting a pressing comb (electric) to ease your hair and a style change. This will be over soon. That said, this product is great and I do not burn! Yes, you will ruin your hair if you are not careful. Always "baste" your scalp with their Vaseline and add your own if needed - ears and neck - then part the hair in small sections basting each and when you apply the perm, follow those parts/sections - it's faster for timing. I spend equal or more time on prep! Take timing Seriously! You can do 4 sections and perm 1 section at a time (fully shampoo it out) if you have a hand spray shower - I've done that, and I've done front, then back. Love yourself However you look and take care! You are Always Beautiful.

Hello so i just recently bought the mega silk no lye relaxer just the tub not the box but i havnt gotten a perm in almost 2 years an i really wanna try this relaxer on my hair i am african american with coarse hair does anyone on here have coarse hair
This is the only relaxer which worked and is been working with my hair since i came to America, I tried different ones and none of them worked until I came across Silk element relaxer with olive oil, I chose to use all silk elements with olive oil products on my hair sine then and it works perfectly, I have very beautiful hair now, everyone including men asks me what do i do with my hair, that is always silk and shiny. I love my hair and thanks to silk element.
