What is it?
Wella Color Charm Painting is an amonia free balayage lightener that provides up to 6 levels of lift resulting in natural, sun-kissed highlights. The clay based formula, when mixed with the Painting 30 volume dedicated developer, allows the user to paint the lightener & developer mixture right on the hair - no foils necessary. Perfect for Balayage techniques.

POTASSIUM PERSULFATE, KAOLIN, SODIUM SILICATE, PARAFFINUM, LIQUIDUM/MINERALOIL/OIL/HUILE MINÉRALE, HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE, CARBOMER, SODIUM STEARATE, DISODIUM EDTA, XANTHAN GUM, SILICA, AQUA/WATER/EAU.

Use a non-metallic bowl.

Off-scalp application: Mix 1oz of Painting Lightener with 2oz of 30 Volume Painting dedicated developer.

 

Apply evenly to unwashed hair. If hair has build-up, shampoo one day prior to lightening. Do not shampoo immediately before lightening. Development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. Check hair every 5-10 minutes. Process for up to 50 minutes.

 

CAUTION: Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair or hair on other parts of the body. Do not use on hair in poor condition. Do not use in a metal mixing bowl. Do not permanently wave the hair immediately before or after lightening. Do not use if the scalp shows abrasions, scratches, or any other abnormal condition. Store in a cool, dry place.

Never shampoo before lightening. Perform a strand test before complete application. Always wear gloves.
