Aqua/water/eau, Propylene Glycol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Amonia, Amonium Sulfate, Sodium Sulfate, Dicetyl Phoshate, Ceteth-10 Phosphate, Steareth-200, Sodium Sulfite, Asorbic Acid, Parfum/Fragrance, Sodium Hydroxide, Xantham Gum, Toluene-2, 5-Diamine Sulfate, Disodium EDTA, Resorcinol, 2-Methylresorcinol, 4-Amino-2Hydroxytoluene, M-Aminophenol, 2-Amino-4- Hydroxyethylaminoanisole Sulfate
Usage instructions:
- 1:1 mixing ratio: Mix I part Wella Color Tango Toners™ with 1 part Wella Color Tango Developer.
- For quick toning, use 6 volume developer and process for 10 minutes.
- For more intense toning with a slight lift, use 20 volume developer and process for up to 20 minutes.
- Apply to hair using bowl and brush, or bottle. Rinse, shampoo & condition. Can be applied to damp or dry hair."
For more intensity, apply to dry hair. Applying to damp hair will give you more even results.

The Best Toner For Brassy Blonde
After bleaching twice, I still had brassy yellow and some light orange. This toner (CT18) is a miracle product! My blonde is a natural neutral shade and super soft! This is my go-to toner forever.

No brass, but...
This DEFINITELY takes out any brassiness, but I personally think my hair came out darker than it was before. Maybe I should have taken the risk of my hair falling out and bleached it again or something, but all I know is this isn’t exactly what I expected. But if you want a lovely ash blonde, I suggest this!

Toned, but not significantly
I recieved this for free in exchange for an honest review. This toner was relatively scent-free which I appreciated highly. It was a simple application process even when doing it on my own and not with my usual assistance. While I was able to notice a change, and it toned a lot of my orange tones, I cannot say it was a very obvious change. It was noticable when really looking at the hair up close but if I were to be at arms length, not so much. If you are looking for a subtle change or just toning out some unruly orange tones, this would be a good deal especially for the price

this toner is one of the first toner i’ve used myself out of the salon, i’m a new mom and wanted something to do at home without having to leave i was so excited i asked my hairstylist for tips on how to use it washed or dirty wet or dry turns out it all depends on expect what your hair looks like the goals you have for the colors you have. i used this toner on previously and newly bleached hair and on the previously lighten it worked so much better, the newly dead didn’t turn as much ash bc my hair is nearly jet black. i usually take 7 hours to lighten my hair at the salon so i wasn’t going in expecting the same results

Perfect Brown Tone!!
I really liked this product. After doing some research on how to use this product I was able to use it with ease. The smell was good and not too strong. It applied smoothly on my hair. I was very happy with the end product. My hair was shiny, sleek and vibrant. The only thing I would suggest would be instructions on how to use the product as far as how long to leave it in the hair. Other than that I really liked the toner. I highly recommend it. I recieved this product complimentary for testing and review purposes from influenster. I was very happy to try this product.

My favorite Toner
Not only is the quality great for this toner, it really does its job. No braziness and the color gets rid of all the yellow hues. Perfect for in between salon visits or even for “do it at home maintenance”. I’m going to save so much money on hair maintenance!

Great in a pinch
I received this complimentary from Influenster and I was super excited about it. As a licensed cosmetologist I typically use a different product line for color and toners but in a pinch I always reach for wella they have wonderful products that are very comparable to my regular product line. They are very easy to use and the quality is great

I have medium brown hair with blonde balayage with cool tone blonde. If I want to tone it to be a bit more.. caramel-ey colored will this product help me achieve that? Which color should I use?
No Carmel is more of a cool color this is more ashy!
