What is it?
Blond Brilliance Temporary Color Care Cool Blonds Conditioner Toner combines a 2-Step hair toning process with a lathering shampoo toner and conditioner toner. Cool Blond Conditioner Toner provides topical toning: the toner sits on the surface of the hair until the next shampoo/conditioner. Blond Brilliance toner uses Coconut Oil for strengthening and Acai Extract known for its nourshing properties For best results, leave in hair for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse. For the ultimate results, begin with Blond Brilliance Color Care Warm Blond Lathering Toner.

This tones hair decently, but definitely purchase the lathering toner in this brand!! If not both, opt out of the conditioner and get the lathering toner!!

Amazing products!
Was told about this product by a friend and I have to say it’s amazing! Will this over gray hair?
I think you're asking if it will cover grey hair and the answer is no. What it will do for grey hair is help to get rid of yellow tones so that grey hair looks more silver and bright. Hope this is helpful.
