What is it?
Blond Brilliance Temporary Color Care Cool Blonds Lathering Toner combines a 2-Step hair toning process by applying to pre-shampooed, damp hair. Cool Blond Lathering Toner provides topical toning: the toner sits on the surface of the hair until the next shampoo/conditioner. Blond Brilliance toner uses Coconut Oil for strengthening and Acai Extract known for its nourshing properties For best results, leave in hair for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse. For the ultimate results, begin with Blond Brilliance Color Care Warm Blond Lathering Toner.

Favorite toner!
Best toner out there! I love that it lathers- if makes it easier to keep my hair from looking patchy after toning. Only has to be left on for a few minutes, making it the best quick fix for yellow hair.

Results since day one !!!!
I tried this shampoo , because any other purple shampoo give me allergy, I have really sensitive skin, This one didn’t give me allergy plus I noticed a difference since the first time, since Covid started my husband has been doing my hair color using a box that I got in retail store and is not the same as the one I used in a saloon, but this shampoo is helping a lot I really recommend this product

This is my honest review... people told me how it is the best and I have to get it! I’ll say it is good for a hair color that is solid.. BUT if you have highlights or any hair that is lighter or whiter... it will end up purple. And wear gloves because it will dye your hands. And fingernails!!!!!!!

Amazing shampoo and conditioner!!
Was told about this product by a friend and I have to say it’s amazing! My hair was an awful yellow after getting it dyed, but this shampoo and conditioner took all that out and it’s got so much depth now. It looks like I have highlights! Does this lighten dark brown hair?
I haven’t noticed it lightening my light brown hair so I don’t think it would help with dark brown. It definitely helps take the brassy color out of my bleached ends though.

Will it work on hair with highlights
Yes. I have higlights and I use this toner once a week to avoid getting my hair a brassy color. Using this weekly can make your hair feel a bit hard, so I pair it with L'Oreal Nature's Therapy moisturizer.

What is the difference between the blond brilliance lathering toner and the conditioner toner? I used blond brilliance for highlights and some are too orangy- what is the best product to get rid of that tone and match the highlights that came up blonde?
The lathering toner is more like shampoo where the conditioning one is more like an actual conditioner. I use the lathering one on my hair all the time and love it. If you are really orange, put it on your hair while its dry and leave it for about 10 minutes. The lathering one is pretty conditioning because of the different types of oils in it so I've never used the conditioning one.
