Mixing ratio is 1:2 Mix 2 oz. Ultra Bond™ Hyper Lift Creme Color+ to 4 oz. Ultra Bond™ Developer. Recommended for bowl and brush application with 40 Volume Developer. Process up to 60 minutes. Check every 10 minutes until you achieve the desired lift. Do not use heat. Always read the product packaging and inserts for complete directions, instructions, and warnings.
