  • You can achieve stylish or professional looks without causing headaches or hair damage The PuffCuff is the go-to Unisex styling aid for all occasions work, run or play The only hairclamp made for thick, curly, or textured hair Easy to use, durable and affordable
PuffCuff is the only clamp for thick, curly hair. It was created to keep your hair securely in place without causing any unnecessary tugging or pulling like with elastic bands. This unisex hair clamp will not cause hair breakage or damage and it works with all types of thick hair - including locs, twists and braids.
  • 1. If you have extremely thick hair, you may want to dampen it with water or your favorite moisturizer

    2. Gather hair as if creating a ponytail.

    3. While holding hair, INSERT (we stress INSERT) the teeth of one arm of the PuffCuff into the hair at the base of puff, as close to the scalp as possible.

    4. While still holding gathered hair, use free hand to insert teeth of the opposite arm into hair as close to the base of puff on the opposite side of the head.

    5. Do NOT let go of gathered hair. Insert both arms into the hair at the base of puff, push arms toward each other overlapping the hooks. Gently pull arms in opposite direction to interlock hooks and close the clamp.

    6. Let go of gathered hair. Fluff and enjoy a painless puff!

  • PONYTAIL TEST

Gather your hair as if you're creating a ponytail and match your fist size to the suggested PuffCuff above. For example, if the opening is your fist is very broad, you will need a larger PuffCuff. The diameter of the base of your ponytail should be approximately the same size as the PuffCuff you wish to use. ApplyPuffCuff with curved sid down for tighter grip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hair accessory This is absolutely great for pineapples, puffs, buns, etc. I wasn’t sure what size to get. I have long 3c/4a hair. So I bought this size & the regular 5 inch size. This junior size works great if I’m wearing my hair stretched in twists or braids. But I definitely need the larger size if I just want to put my wash & go in a pineapple or do a high puff on my curly un-stretched hair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Returned it, extremely overpriced thin piece of plastic. It tangled up my hair & felt like it would definitely not last for very long. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great set Just like the original large size these junior cuffs are awesome. They hold thick amounts of hair and it’s painless. My edges aren’t pulled tightly anymore and my hair feels free yet put together neatly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Avoid if Your Hair is Finer Recently purchased hoping it would give me the same hold as the round banana clips. Unfortunately, my hair is a bit too fine with 3c/4a curls for the clips. This includes the mini that I purchased. If you want a looser fit than this is for you. I prefer mine tighter yet not too tight and this product could not deliver. I still use for high ponytails and buns that I need for my reserve drill weekends.

What is the difference in size from puffcuff mini vs puffcuff micro or Junior? Which is smallest?

Asked by: Bvlady55
The micro is the size of a silver dollar. It would be good for a little girl's pigtails or an adult ponytail with sleek bone straight hair that is not thick. The mini is bigger and junior is larger than both. The mini would be good for an adult ponytail with thick hair and with the junior you can have a small puff.

Is this the 3 inch junior product

Asked by: Jacquie55
I love this puff cuff. The 5" is too large and the 1.5" is too tight. the 3" is perfect for my natural puffy bun.

What is the size/measurement difference between the puff cuff original and the puff cuff junior?

Asked by: DeniseLee
Original is 5" inches in diameter and the Junior is 3.125" inches in diameter. I bought the Junior & the mini, returned both. I feel that these really only work in hair that is extremely textured otherwise these slip out. Just my experience & I have “wurly” hair (wavy/curly). Hope this helps!
